Princeton to Jellicoe Station Inn

As you enter Princeton on highway #3 until you see turn for highway #5A to Merrit (Bridge Street). Turn north, and travel one block.     

After traveling one block you will turn right, following the signs for highway 5A. Travel 2 km. You will cross the Tulameen river.

Turn right on Old Hedley Road and travel about 200 meters to a Y in the road.

At the Y, take the left fork marked as the Princeton-Summerland Highway. Travel 36 km.

Chain Lake is on the right hand side. As your driving along the lake, you will come across Champford Ranch road (gravel road) on the left across from the campgrounds. Turn left.

Stay straight on the gravel for approximately 2 km. You will cross the old Kettle Valley Railroad (there are no tracks) then you will come to a right hand turn at the top of the hill, stay straight. Jellicoe has signs directing you.

The Jellicoe Station Inn is at the end of the road.

Summerland, B.C. to Jellicoe Station Inn    

As you come into Summerland on highway #97, turn west at the 1st traffic light (if coming from the north) or the second traffic light if coming from the south).

Continue straight through two 4-way stops.

You will go through residential area, then a valley of small farms with apple trees. As you go through the valley turn right at the second road. If you continue straight the road will end. There should be a sign directing you to Princeton.

After turning right, you will make a left and then another right almost immediately.

You will wind around and end up on a plateau then you will drop down and cross an intersection, continue straight. After about 2 km of going up hill, the road will change to gravel.

After 14 km, you should cross the creek followed by a small campground.

After 23 km you will pass a ranch.

After 39 km you will pass an intersection and 2 kms pass that the road changes back to blacktop. You will notice the km markers getting smaller from 45.

After about 8 more kms, there will be a lake on the left and a campsite on the lake also on the left. There will be a gravel road to the right called Champford Ranch road. Turn right and go about 2 kms and you will come to the Jellicoe Station Inn.

As you travel along this gravel road you will cross the old Kettle Valley Railroad and when you come to a Y, stay left. There should be a sign directing you.
